Hello everybody!
I was looking for an excuse to update my journal, and I noticed, almost incidentally, that I reached a mild milestone.
Little more than a week ago, I submitted a Deviation that cracked the 200 have mark, and is currently resting at 220 faves.
Rising to the 200 mark in less than a week, it would seem "The Year of the Owl" really struck a chord with my watchers, and by extension, those joined into or watching the groups it's been submitted to.

So thank you to everyone who's supported me and my hobby piece of photography. Thank you to all of you who have been with me since my awkward beginnings, thank you to everyone who's new to my page and thank you all for your continued good karma and support.
All y'all mean more to me than my perspicacity could ever express.

Well, now that that business is out of the way, it's time to get some real meat into this journal where I challenge the auditory memories and lyrical recalls of all you fine people reading this journal.
I'm just going to kind of make up the rules.
And I'll add a little incentive by saying that anyone who guesses the lyrics correctly (GOOGLING IS CHEATING!!!

) will get... a prize of some sort.

DA RULES!
1. Put your iPod or iTunes on shuffle and pick the first fifteen songs your randomizer gives you. (audiobooks, instrumental songs and non-english songs must be skipped over)
2. Post random lyrics from all fifteen songs in your journal, and have folk try and guess which song you've selected.
3. NO GOOGLING! This is based on the merits of memory recall alone.
4. Once done, the journal writer must tag fifteen people and have them do the same thing in their journals by wiring on their wall and linking to this journal. (but I'm going to make it an optional tag with no pressure or obligation.)
Ready? ... HERE WE GO!

Now... Who to tag? ...
I shall TAG...
[link]Tell me what you think I've been doing wrong
I'm too high to hear what you say
Maybe write a letter if it takes too long
I won't come down today
Found a pretty girl who loves me true
I don't ask why, and she won't say
I'm about ten miles over you
I won't come down today
I just bought a balloon
Me and the girl, takin' a ride
Float just under the moon
Dumping your things, over the side
If you're gonna leave, could you let me know?
I won't try to make you stay
Gonna throw a party on the day you go
I won't come down today
I just bought a balloon
Me and the girl, takin' a ride
Float just under the moon
Dumping your things over the side
I might be coming home but I don't know when
I'm up so high, I might float away
I don't ever wanna come down again
I won't come down today
I won't come down today
I won't come down... today
So good to see you here again. I've missed you so much.
Well, usually you go to the page of someone you want to tag and write them a note right on their page with a link to the journal.
Ah well, No worries.
15 makes me think of They Might Be Giants' particle man, but I know that's not right at all
