So, my good friend
recently informed me that she is participating in a group animation endeavor in her academic adventures this semester.
The group is attempting to create a short, animated piece of a baby gryphon learning to fly. Consequently, they need some real-world references of actual animals, namely hawk or owl references for the forward trunk of the body, and a lion for the aft.
She asked me if she could use some of the pictures in my gallery for references. And I though; "Well I can do you one better than that!"
And since I always overcompensate (because I grew up fat) I thought I'd dig through my photographic reserves to try and find any particular, anatomical references that would be of help.
Hope you find these useful,
So, here we have a male Andean Condor, on display at the Franklin Park Zoo, Boston Massachusetts.
